Steps to download and install:-

1.Download apk & obb from links
2.After downloading​(APK+obb) head to your file manager and there you will find a folder"MEGA",open it and you'll again find a folder"MEGA Downloads",open that folder too
3.Inside"MEGA Downloads" folders you'll find APK+obb that you downloaded from above links
4.Now cut"com.rockstargames.gtasa"(obb) & paste it to Android/obb/<here>
5.Now head back to MEGA/MEGA Downloads/<here>
6. Inside"MEGA Downloads" folder you'll find"grand_theft_auto_san_andreas.apk"(APK), install it...All done...
